With a passion for helping firms streamline their LoA processes and a wealth of experience in customer advocacy, Pariss is here to ensure that you get the most out of Pension Lab.
But rather than just telling you, we have Pariss sharing her vision direct
What’s your role in the team?
I'm responsible for a portfolio of LoA clients as well as ensuring the end-to-end onboarding process is a frictionless experience for financial advice firms and their support teams. I am always looking at ways our product could work better internally and externally and have a fortnightly catch up with our Head of Operational Strategy Manager and the CEO. I also have an amazing team around me who I am always on hand to help mentor and coach them.
What excites you about working with customers?
Having worked in financial services for over 13 years I have seen and experienced the pain of the LoA process from both sides, from actioning them to sending them. I love to hear feedback on how our product can be enhanced. I have been at Pension Lab for nearly a year and it’s incredible to see how far our product has come and what it is now capable of - and will be capable of going forward.
What’s a common challenge you help customers overcome?
With our tech solution forever revolving it is important to keep our clients informed of the changes and to educate them on how to use the system correctly to get the most out of it.
Fun fact about you?
I love going on holiday and travelling to different places! My next stop is Dominican Republic in May. I am most happy when I am on a sun lounger, drinking a cocktail (or two). I have a young family, so juggling a busy family life and work, I am always kept on my toes.
